RETURN POLICY

ELIV G.P..


Returns are accepted subject to the company’s approval, within 10 working days, provided that:

• You have contacted ELIV O.E. within 2 days (48 hours) from receiving the product.

• The products are in the same condition as when you received them, meaning they have not been unsealed or had their packaging tampered with, and are in their original (factory) condition.

The product is accompanied by the retail receipt or invoice. To request a return, you must notify us either by phone at +30 2102754997 or by email at info@eliv.gr, stating the date/number of the purchase document as well as the reason for the return, within the above-mentioned time frame.

• The return must обязательно be accompanied by the relevant “Return Form,” where the reason for the return is stated.

Please note that if the product does not meet the above conditions, the return will not be accepted.

 To avoid any inconvenience, we recommend that upon delivery of your order, you carefully check the condition of the products and the integrity of their packaging in order to identify any obvious defects (e.g. incomplete order, damaged product, etc.), although we also inspect products before shipment. If you notice any defect, you must contact us immediately after delivery, either on the same day or the next working day, at +30 2102754997 or at info@eliv.gr.

Once the return has been agreed, the address to which the products should be sent is the headquarters of ELIV O.E. (27 Moschonision St., Nea Ionia, Postal Code 14232).

You must:

1. Package the product so that it is protected during shipping.

2. Include inside the package the “Return Form,” indicating how you wish the financial matter to be resolved (replacement or refund), provided the product is deemed eligible for return.

In case of replacement, if the company is at fault, the shipping costs are fully covered by ELIV O.E. Otherwise, the customer bears the cost.

In case of a refund, it will be completed within 20 working days from the date the products are received at the company’s headquarters, and will be issued to a bank account you provide.

3. Send the parcel.

Please note that if the product does not meet the above conditions, it will be returned to the sender at their own expense.
